Artur Piechocki – Owner of APLaw

A legal advisor and an owner of the law firm APLaw. Artur focuses on information and communication technology law (ICT).

Previously, Artur worked as a general legal counsel at the Research and Academic Computer Network (NASK), representing the .PL registry in Poland and international organizations.

A co-founder of the Internet Domain Names Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT), where he is a Council member now, and a co-founder of domain names division at the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG).

Moreover, Artur cooperates with the Cybersecurity Foundation, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He is an expert at the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) in regulatory, privacy and data protection.
